the clippers - “mature women”

this band is from boston, and they have a serious knack for catchy hooks. i just wish they’d flesh the songs out a bit more; the longest track in their catalog is just over 2 minutes. i feel like some of the songs are heading in a certain direction, but for whatever reason are just stopped in their tracks. be it deliberate or unintentional, it leaves me wanting more.
